• Team Member: Access to team information and ability to participate in team activities as permitted by the owner

Team owners are solely responsible for managing their teams, including approving or rejecting join requests, managing financial records, and ensuring appropriate use of the platform by team members. Sportrak is not responsible for disputes between team owners and members.

5. Financial Tracking Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Sportrak is a financial tracking and record-keeping tool only. It is NOT a financial service, payment processor, or banking platform.

The financial features provided by Sportrak (including fund accounts, transactions, and payment tracking) are for organizational and record-keeping purposes only. We do not:

• Process actual monetary transactions or payments
• Hold, transfer, or manage real funds
• Provide financial advice or recommendations
• Guarantee the accuracy of user-entered financial data
• Replace professional accounting or financial services

6. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you submit to Sportrak, including team names, transaction comments, profile information, and uploaded files. You agree not to:

• Use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading team names or profile information
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization
• Upload malicious files or content that could harm our systems or other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to review, monitor, remove, or modify any user-generated content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these terms or community standards. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content policies.
